Grilled lemon-and-herb marinated squid are delicious. Just sayin’. Don’t run off just yet — give me a chance. If necessary, just think “shrimp” every time I say “squid.” I hadn’t intended to write about squid today, I swear. But I returned from the farmers’ market last Wednesday with another bag of frozen squid in my CSF share. I realized I still hadn’t cooked the last bag of squid I got, so I figured I’d better get cracking. (Spoiler alert: there’s corn and pearl couscous involved – you’re going to like it!).
