No. 299: Raspberry-Rye Muffins, Meringue Cake, Passover Recipes

🧑🍳 One for the Books
Raspberries for Susie. This is kind of like Blueberries for Sal, only not as cute (and without the bear 🐻). But seriously, I indulge myself often with raspberries, because I’m allergic to a lot of other raw fruit. (She says, justifying the price and the long-distance fruit travel.) They’re always in the fridge, so on Sunday, when I was thinking about what to do with the freshly milled rye flour I picked up at Beetlebung Farm (and not wanting to go to the grocery store for anything else), a raspberry-rye muffin sprang to mind. Cheery for a grey day, yes?
